Sail across expansive lakes, winding canals, and from one picturesque village to another, passing green meadows, historic windmills, and charming bridges. The Frisian waterways form a connected network—from the Sneekermeer to the Fluessen—offering both narrow channels and wide-open waters with stunning views. Along the way, there are inviting harbors where you can dock for a walk, enjoy a drink on a terrace, or visit a typical Frisian town like Sneek, Sloten, or Workum.

The menu is family-friendly, and children can even help with setting the table or preparing food. Healthy snacks and drinks are always available throughout the day.
Program
This family trip is all about fun, relaxation, and togetherness. On Friday morning, July 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., you board in Stavoren, where the crew will welcome you with a snack and a short introduction to life on board. Then we set sail across Friesland’s lakes and canals, visiting villages, islands, and swimming spots.
Along the way, there’s plenty of time for swimming, games, and helping with sailing on deck. We’ll dock at scenic harbors or quiet spots such as the famous Konijneneiland, where children can SUP, explore, and enjoy nature. Evenings are relaxed—dine together, listen to a story, and watch the sunset over the water.
We return to Stavoren on Sunday, July 26, 2026, around 3:00 p.m.—three days full of fresh air, activity, and unforgettable family memories.
