Starting in 2026: Frisian Sailing Company and FRIESEVLOOT together
Two trusted names in the Frisian charter world, FrieseVloot and Frisian Sailing Company, will continue together under one banner following an intensive collaboration behind the scenes: “FRIESEVLOOT—the Frisian Sailing Company.”
The collaboration began as early as 2024, when the booking office consolidated services for both fleets. Now is the time to present ourselves to the outside world as a single, powerful organization. By joining forces, we’re creating an even broader and more versatile selection of traditional sailing ships in Friesland.
Wider selection, more possibilities
With ports along the entire Frisian coast—Stavoren, Lemmer, Makkum, Harlingen, and Lauwersoog—the organization offers plenty of choice in boarding locations and sailing areas. Guests can choose trips across the IJsselmeer, the Frisian inland waterways, or the Wadden Sea.
We serve a broad audience: companies, families, and friends; schools and universities; associations and clubs; social service organizations; and solo travelers. The merger allows requests to be processed even more efficiently and further enhances our ability to provide customized experiences.
