Thinking in an active and relaxing weekend away? Join us on a sailing trip across the IJsselmeer (or Frisian inland waters, depending on the weather) and discover the charm of Friesland from the water. Sail on a traditional ship from 1889 from idyllic Stavoren and enjoy the wind, water, and conviviality on board.

IJsselmeer and Friesland:
Friesland is one of the most beautiful destinations for a sailing holiday. The vast IJsselmeer offers plenty of space for sailing and visiting charming towns along the way. In the Frisian inland waters, you will sail through narrow canals past beautiful nature, picturesque villages, and special mooring places where you can completely unwind.

Who is this trip for?
Whether you are an experienced sailor or have never held a rope before, this trip is for everyone. Our experienced crew will be happy to teach you the basics, but you can also just relax and enjoy the view and nature.
The trip is suitable for anyone who loves nature, water, and a bit of wind in their hair: groups of friends, couples, solo travelers, or families. An ideal weekend getaway in your own country!
All meals are carefully prepared on board, so you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner between sailing.

Program:
On Friday evening, you will board the Emma in Stavoren, where you and your fellow travelers will decide which destination to visit over the weekend. On Saturday, you will enjoy sailing and the beautiful landscape during the day, and in the evening, we will moor in a charming harbor or at an idyllic island. On Sunday afternoon, we will return to Stavoren.

Disembarkation: Sunday, September 20, 2026, 4:00 p.m. - Stavoren

Price per person in EUR based on full board: Includes overnight stays (bunk beds), meals, coffee, tea, water, guidance, duvets, and final cleaning.
