Pieter Teensma, the skipper/owner of the clipper Jeppe van Schier knows how to adapt to all groups thanks to years of experience. With calmness and resignation he brings his sailing ship to any desired port.
He gladly tells his guests all the facts about nature, the sailing area and the ports. On board everyone who wants to is involved in the sailing. Those who prefer to enjoy the activity will find a good spot
in the cockpit in front of the skipper's quarters.
Wadden Sea
From Harlingen, Pieter prefers to sail on the Wadden Sea. Pieter’s roots lie on the Wadden Sea island of Schiermonnikoog. In honor of his ancestors, he named his ship Jeppe van Schier. During his sailing trips, to dry out on the tidal flats is a special experience that he loves to share with his guests. Mooring in the charming harbors of the islands and enjoying the beautiful nature after a sail completes the adventure.
