Since 1997 you can find the beach near the harbor. Get a breath of fresh air, a swim, laze in the sun or take a walk on the beach. Because it lies directly on the Wadden Sea, the water is salty and the beach is subject to ebb and flow.

Rather swim in an indoor pool, you can, in the pool 't Derde Haad. The pool is 2 kilometers from the port and features a swimming pool and paddling pool.
