Sailing during a school trip: classroom, school or university

Monday morning it is boarding time in the port of departure. Sailing your own hotel for the next week! The crew explains the basics of sailing, and then it will happen. As a team we hoist the sails and we sail, for example, to the island Texel. Visiting ‘Ecomare' is a must. The next day you can sail to Terschelling; on a bike to the ‘beachcombing' museum. What you see on here! People will cook in turn on board and after this meal we will have a good night of sleep. Today we go through the locks at Kornwerderzand to Makkum and take a swim. Thursday we go via the IJsselmeer and the Frisian lakes to Rabbit Island. It is already the last night together and this will be celebrated around a campfire. A little tired but satisfied, we begin our last stage to the port of departure, where the bus is waiting. You bet that you have stories to tell when you are at home!
